About Say No More

Say No More is a personal-growth project for people-pleasers, peacemakers, and conflict-avoiders who understand boundary advice but struggle to use it in the moment.

It is built from the perspective of a fellow avoider practicing real boundaries—not a naturally assertive expert telling you to “just say no.” The goal is practical language you can adapt for family, work, social commitments, and the steady inflow of stuff and obligations.

The work follows three connected ideas: feeling understood, saying “no” more often, and saying no to more of what crowds your life.
